How are your fees structured?
Fees depend on the nature and forum of the matter. We provide a written scope of work and fee estimate before anything is filed, covering professional fees, court fees and likely out-of-pocket expenses. Where a matter is long-running, we agree stage-wise payments.
Will I deal with the advocate who argues my case?
Yes. The advocate who advises you is the advocate responsible for your file. Where a matter calls for senior counsel, we brief them — and remain accountable to you throughout.
Do you take matters outside Delhi NCR?
We appear across trial courts, tribunals and High Courts in India, and work with local counsel where a matter requires physical presence in another state. Tell us where your matter is pending and we will advise on the arrangement.
